Key Details
How to Start a Return
Email support@logan-newyork.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error. Returns are processed and inspected via our international warehouse facility.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, contact us first to confirm availability. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Cancellations
Requests made before an order enters processing can often be accommodated. Once prepared for shipment, cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or wrong, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement promptly.
