Origin:          Orders ship from our international operations facility. After US customs clearance, final-mile delivery is handled by USPS/UPS/FedEx.

Carriers & Services: We ship with UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx Ground (USA). 
Tracking: A tracking link is emailed at dispatch.

Order Handling

After you complete your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation message via email and we'll start getting your products ready for shipment from our overseas facility. The majority of purchases are prepared for shipping within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday). Once your package is dispatched, we'll email you a link to track your shipment. Standard delivery timeframes to the U.S. are 7–12 working days from the date of purchase (handling + shipping). Logan New York utilizes regional shipping companies for final delivery on every purchase.

Cancelling an Order

Need to cancel? Email support@logan-newyork.com as soon as possible. We can cancel only if the order hasn’t entered processing or shipment preparation.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should your purchase arrive defective or wrong, send images along with your order reference to support@logan-newyork.com. We'll assess quickly and organize a replacement or the proper product. If tracking indicates delivered but you're unable to find the parcel, reach out to us within 7 days at support@logan-newyork.com.
